Plenty of information. Reviews were helpful. Like the no sales tax part. Had difficulty finding my way back and too between the items section and my cart (it was probably simple I just couldn't find it - the reason for the grade on #1). How do you rate the merchant (# 5) at this point? Need to see how it goes from here. |

I called with a product question about the difference between 2 similar mowers - it was not obvious to myself or the product rep what that difference was. The rep spent the needed time to discern the differences and explain them fully to me. I was told lift gate was not needed as UPS would deliver to porch. It was shipped freight instead - I emailed and they added lift gate at no charge to me. Excellent customer service! |
