the little mp3 player that could
no extraneous software needed, compact, easy to use, rechargeable batteries
does not seem too durable, included earbud (to be expected)
Posted Feb 25, 2006 - The best thing about this little player is that it doesn't require any bloated software to be installed on the computer to transfer songs, although it is included. It works just like a flash drive, you just put it in a USB port and transfer files (not just mp3s!). The rechargeable batteries are a plus, but its only rechargeable via USB, so that limits you to needing a computer to give it some juice, even if you're on the go. But, with 13 hours playtime, that should be plenty for a 512 MB player...you can only listen to the same songs for so long. The construction does not seem too solid, but its not going to just fall apart or anything. The flippy USB connector is the real basis for my opinion, but I've had no problems with it yet.
Did you find it helpful , unhelpful, or inappropriate?
