Posted Dec 27, 2006 - The directions are bogus, it says to hold select to add/delete or click the tick icon. What the hell is that. Please anyone out there please get at me. I am having difficulties.

Posted Mar 2, 2006 - My computer will not recognize the Sansa "Play for Sure" device. It works in others pcs, but not the ones with xp-sp2. Be aware, i contacted tech support, no answer yet. Some guys on the net with the same problem.
