I have used this player for about 3 months now and ...
size, price, easy to use, good sound overall, good battery life.
cheap looking? on/off/stop button easily pushed in by accident.
Posted Dec 7, 2004 - I have used this player for about 3 months now and it is very easy to use and delivers good sound. I just plug it into the USB slot and drag and drop the files from the computer. File transfer is very fast, takes about 2 to 3 minutes to load 512 mb. I recommend using another brand of headphones, the ones provided are not so good quality. Also, I use 320 bit mp3 and it stores about 40 songs. If you use 128 bit, you probably can store 100 songs in it. I use it in the gym and working my dog. It is much better than a CD player. It is small, light weight and there is no skipping. You can also use it as a storage device for file transfers. Battery life is good, 1 AAA battery lasts about 10 to 12 hours. I was a little disappointed at the case material that looks cheap but once I started using it I began to like it. Another weakness is the design of the on/off/stop button. It gets pushed in easily and can be annoying. But for the price (about $60), I don't think you can get a better deal. If you were to get this jump drive, get the 256mb and not the 128mb. For the small price difference of $20, you will be happy you do.
