5 Star Review good buy!

Strengths:

huge hard drive, slim design!, style stainless steel finish, 40hr playing time

Weaknesses:

pricy

Posted 1 year ago - I use to had Sandisk mp3 player with mirco SD card extend slot, but after I got this ipod classic 160gb, i gonna throw away my sandisk player!!! It is much better than my old mp3 player! fast song transfer, good size so i can put everything i want or whatever in there and even movies! cause the batter life is so long so i don't really need to recharge that often which means it is good for people who like to travel or people who forgot to bring the charger!!! so good so far! really user friendly function! really love it so far! HIGHLY recommended!!

5 Star Review good ! This is Everything I wanted!

Strengths:

The Apple Ipod Classic is exactly what I wanted in a multimedia player. I wanted to able to listen to music, audiobooks, podcasts, and movies in a compact, portable package. So Great!

Weaknesses:

none so far!

Posted 1 year ago - At first, I've had an 80GB iPod for 2 week and it's already full, so I decided to go for 160GB one. Presently I've got 100GB of music, so this iPod is for people like me who have a large music collection, and who like to be able to take it anyplace. Then you should go for this one! The 160GB iPod is the same size as the 80gb, little thicker. Additional features are extra long battery life (40 hours for music, maybe about 7or 8 hours for video).

5 Star Review Storage for all your Music and More!

Strengths:

160GB, Small Form Factor, Good Battery Life, Plays Videos, Stylish

Weaknesses:

Metal Scratches Easily, Pricey

Posted 1 year ago - I now have plenty of space to store all of my media files and take them with me. I can listen to music/podcasts, look at pictures, and watch tv/movies/videos/music videos all on one device. I'm very happy with my purchase, and I love the new metal look of this iPod. It's great for trips, and you never have a reason to be bored because you can find something on it to watch or listen to at a moments notice.

5 Star Review Lots of nice upgrades

Strengths:

Huge drive. Now can switch shuffle modes without exiting playlist. Similarly, can adjust screen brightness without exiting video. Lots of aesthetic improvements.

Weaknesses:

Not cheap. Video out disabled unless you have the new Apple cables.

Posted Dec 9, 2007 - This was sort of an impulse buy, as I already had a 60G iPod. Multiple little upgrades turned out to be worth the price, though. This (like all newer model iPods) must be connected using the newer Apple cables in order to use video out, which adds to the overall cost if you intend to use it with a TV. Video output is surprisingly decent even on a big screen TV.
