Zen MX

Strengths:

Small

Weaknesses:

Limited software. Unable to use subscription services like Napster to Go and Rhapsody.

Posted 1 month ago - I have an older Zen which is great. The Zen MX is disappointing because of it's limited firmware. Not being able to use subscription music services is a big minus for this player. I'd recommend passing on this particular player in favor of a more versatile unit.
