Posted Mar 13, 2007 - Ok, I love my samsung. It's small, portable, and reliable...almost. I have never had a problem with it until now. I use windows media player, and it worked wonderfully. I recently plugged my fiance's RCA to download songs, and now WMP will not recognize mine. I can't even leave it to charge, because it wont stay connected to my computer. How do I fix this problem?

Posted Feb 18, 2007 - I am trying to make this thing work with WIndows Media Player 11. The Samsung shows up under windows as a storage device (same as a memory card). But WMP doesn't see it as a "music device" and the WMP support didn't help at all. Has anybody successfully used one of these with WMP and sync'd music to it? Thanks!

Posted Oct 17, 2006 - XM Radio provided updates to the INNO. It was supposed to extend battery life among other things. What it did do was remove the FM Modulator ability. In addition XM Radio technical support will not answer any emails addressing this problem. Removing the FM Modulation option diminishes the value of this item. Had I known this would be removed I would not have wasted my money on this product.

Posted Sep 17, 2006 - Can an actual owner of a Samsung YH-820MC confirm or deny whether this unit can actually Record in Uncompressed WAV Format from the Line-In connector? In most listings of the specs for this device I see the following claim: "You can also record, encode and store MP3s or uncompressed WAV files from a variety of sources to the YH-820’s hard drive--no PC required. " I would love to have a unit like this but it is ONLY useful to me if it can actually Record Uncompressed WAV via the Line-In. I would then use external microphones and a battery box for field recordings and be able to use the uncompressed WAV for CD burning later. Thanks for any insight!
