zune problem.

I have a 30 GB zune which i just got 2 days ago.. i put my music on in only using about 10 GB and went to play the songs and it went to a black screen and wont turn back on.. im not to firmiliar with the zune yet since i just purchased it so if anyone could help me out that would be much apreciated
