dkiwon - (December 03, 2004) I like to consider myself as a techno-geek, but I have to admit that I have been VERY late to the digital music scene - still living in the basic CD world. I decided to buy myself an early Christmas present during Thanksgiving and get an MP3 player. I did a TON of research. First, I had to decide if I wanted a flash-memory-based player or a hard-drive based. I decided didn't need it for workouts or active movements and wanted more space, so I ruled out the flash-based players. Then, I had to decide between the 4-5 GB players and the 20-40 GB players. For the 4-5GB players I considered the Ipod Mini, the Rio Carbon, and the Creative Zen Micro. I think if I had gone for the 4-5GB

eugene4968 - (October 09, 2004) Since I have bought this mp3 player, i love it. I would recommend this over an i pod if you want higher sound, better battery life, and alot cheaper price. The only major strength an ipod has over the Zen Touch is the size. I like the design of the Zen. It isnt that much bigger then an ipod. Another thing i like about creative players is the ability to add songs to a temporary playlist and then save it as a playlist if you want. This makes the process of playlists so much easier. There is also no specific program you have to use to transfer songs like on an ipod. Instead of having to use only itunes, on then zen you have so many programs to choose from. You can transfer simply from my comput

Chricton - (November 11, 2005) This player is great for both new and longtime MP3 player fans. This was my first Ipod, my previous MP3 being a Rio Carbon. The unit itself is VERY nice and quick to learn. Video is presented clear with the bright 2.5" display. Music sounds great with the included earphones, and the unit is a lot smaller than I would have imagined, almost as small as the Rio Carbon. My problem with this product though is not really with the unit, but with the Itunes software. It's terrible. Rio Music Manager was easy to use. Itunes had a much longer learning curve though. I STILL (after 2 weeks with it) can't get pictures on it. I think the Itunes software is corrupted or something. Getting video on i

softball18104 - (06/18/2009) This is an AMAZING product. It plays music, videos, displays pictures and has thousands of " apps" that you can download from the App Store and lots of them are free. It has an internet browser and you can get tons of mobile websites that load quickly just like an iPhone. Works on wifi.I have the 8GB model and there is more than enough storage space on there for me. I have 8 pages of programs, more than 300 photos and more than 200 songs and I've only used half of the capacity. I absolutely love this and have nothing but good things to say about it.

latinbelleza_17 - (05/16/2009) I loved this player when I first bought it. It's been two years now and I am looking for another player; this time an ipod prefferably. This mp3 player holds many songs, has a direct USB port and has many different settings. It is really great for children! But it is easily broken; mine has a small crack in it, and it has really horrible battery life! My main issue with this player is that after two years of use, my computer doesn't seem to recognize this player. I plug in the direct USB and nothing seems to happen. In the "my computer" folder, the "removable disk" does not seem to show up and I have no clue why!?!?!?!?

Gallal - (05/15/2009) Good on-line Merchant. I would use again. The Sansa is a really convenient and reliable MP3 Player as well. That is why I replaced the one I lost.
