web site is a bit slower then most. I paid for the fastest available shipment. It still took 4 business days. Packing was non-existent. My item was tossed into a priority mail box, with nothing. 8"x4"x2" box with a tiny little part bouncing around in it. As far as I can tell I was over charged for shipping. I will never shop with you again! |

I like that they are BBB and CNET approved. As a first time customer it makes me feel like I can trust the MSGDigital site..i recieved my order but the replacement hook is very flimsy. It looks like the original earhook, but its much thinner so its not sturdy AT ALL! |
