I made an error on my credit card number. They called me within a few hours to correct it, and the product was still shipped the same day as the order. Delivered by US priority mail in 3 days. I would certainly use them again. |

Except that my last order was on backorder for two months and finally, I had to get something other that what I wanted. The product was on backorder for over two months. I later found out that the same product could have been purchased at other discount sites at the same price. Retailer Response (11/05/2007): Dear Scott, We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience we have caused. 90% of our items are in stock, however, when you see a PRE-ORDER button on the item that item is on a preorder status. The availability is also shown above a pre-order button. In order to place a pre-order, you have to actually click on the pre-order button, which makes you aware that you are placing a pre-order. Again, we apologize for any delays, and would like to thank you for giving us a 2nd chance and placing a recent order on 10/24/07. It was shipped out the same day and delivered to you on 10/26/07. so far so good..great price...much cheaper than just going with my cell phone service provider...great informative reviews too update....got the jawbone and it works as advertised! the noise filter is great! i have one client i work with who normally hates any hands free headsets i use and when i use the jawbone he has no idea! definitely worth the $$ |

Emailed customer service three times and left message but no one replied. Will not do business again and don't recommend this merchant. Will pay more elsewhere to get better service. |

Order placed 11/09/07. Confirmation mail received 11/12/07. No sign of the merchandise and no response to email requesting status information. On the site, the order displays as 'in process'. Stated policy if item is backordered is to advise customer within 24 hours - this has not happened. There are 3 telephone numbers listed on the web site. All 3 route the customer to voice mail. A totally unsatisfactory experience - I will not purchase from this vendor again. |
