Whither you need a song to just relaxe, or have a romantic dinner on a beach, In Between Dreams is a while designed Cd that the whole family will enjoy. Rating: $$$$$ out of $$$$$

Anonymous - (06/17/2009) Diane Birch has a wonderful and fresh sound. She is an absolute joy to listen to, especially if you want to relax. Her voice is so elegant. Her new CD Bible Belt really moves me and I love it during the drive home after a busy day. Pick it up if you can, you won’t be disappointed. She is very talented and I think you will be pleased. “Valentino” and “Fire Escape” are my two favorite songs on this album. Five stars to this talented newcomer!

donmius - (06/08/2009) Magos Herrera must be unique in Latin Jazz in that she performs both her own compositions and those of others with a deep respect and integrity for the compositions. That she does it fluently in Spanish, English, and Portuguese gives the listener a special treat. "Distancia" is Herrera's first simultaneous release in Mexico, USA, and Canada. This should enhance her visibility to a wider audience. Once you have heard a few of her earlier songs such as La Espera, Necesito un Sol, Dennis, Pra Dizer Adeus,and others, you will have a deeper appreciation of her vocal talents, and why she is the best voice in Jazz today. It is, perhaps, the very breadth and depth of her exceptional vocal and musical talents that keeps her from recognition in one category.

Anonymous - (06/02/2009) Diane Birch's Bible Belt CD reminded me of a cross between Norah Jones and Amy Winehouse. Several songs sounded like they had a gospel influence and there was a good variety of upbeat and relaxing music. I didn't know what to expect from this new artist but I look forward to hearing what she comes up with in the future. I also really appreciate singer-songwriters because their music usually suit their own voice perfectly, as is the case with this collection. I have enjoyed this album and would recommend it to friends.
