While they promise 3-5 days for delivery, that doesn't include teh time it takes for them to get the item out the door. In some cases they ship the very same day, but I've been told by customer service that even for 'expedited' shipping they don't guarantee that they'll ship the item the same day they receive the order (even if it's before 12pm). I was told by customer service that they consider it 'on time' if they ship within 72 hours. Not the worst thing in the world, but if you order something on Monday and expect it by Friday, don't be surprised if it's not there. Bottom line: If you are counting on having an item by a certain day, expect to pay for premium shipping at the much higher shipping price.	Overall Rating

I've been satisfied with everything I've ordered--always as described and arrived without damage. As a mom of 3 musicians, I've bought a wide variety of things here and I'm always glad I did.
