They emailed me after 4 days that it was on backorder and quit comunicating when I asked for a refund. I put in a paypal dispute and then they "found one" shipped it out and refused refund. I told them I would contact the attorney general and then they stopped shipment now waiting weeks for a refund. Stay Away!!!!	Overall Rating

So i just go with that instead of the regular newegg purchases if it's a cheap product i won't really bother returning. dphamxyz@yahoo.com from unknown Member Since: 10/01/2009 View Member's: Reviews	I purchased LITE ON IHAS20-08 20x SATA super all-write DVDrw drive, only costs $ 25.00, but drive made 3/4 recorded dvds bad, costed me 1/3 of the price to shipped back, but store will not replace, to prove I used the drive for many burnings, and went to local pc store/CompUSA to purchase a Samsung drive, so far more than 20 dvds, none bad, using same pc, same burning sw, same dvd authoring sw, none is different other than THE DVD DRIVE. I WILL NOT BUY anything from this store again! Store claimed drive was tested out ok, with ONE DVD burned?	Overall Rating
