shopping was easy. I wish I could of gotten free shipping of course! I had a backordered item that I did not notice was backordered when I chose it but it was highlighted on the receipt in the box delivered, and no note stating that I would be receiving it soon or when. |

when I last ordered, I updated my credit card information. This time I needed to reenter the information, as the previous update was somehow not in the system. As a return customer, I would hope to not have to do this again. |

I was disappointed that my coupon code didn't work. It said to place the coupons code "LikeMNM' in the promotional code box. There was none, so I placed it in the coupon box. Was waiting to follow instructions to 'Like' on FB. |

We were looking for the whole husk psyllium called fiber harmony like we have already purchased. It looks as if you have changed the name to just "whole husk psyllium" and the others are flavored. So I bought his one hoping that it is the same as what we have. |

I usually shop online when I can find discounted prices, coupons, and/or free shipping. Your prices are somewhat lower than most other retailers and I was able to find a $3.00 off coupon online. I will continue to order from you if prices continue to be lower than competitors' and decent coupons are made available. |

The website was a little better this time however the little boxes below the products would not show up for you to click to order. I just clicked where I thought the box was and it added it to my order. At least the website did not freeze up this time! |
