Overall shopping experience - very good. One aspects of the web site was confusing like delivery options indicated there were different options you could select but I only found one offered - 5 days.(but came the next day anyway !!!) |

I am very impressed with My Digital Universe. Recently, I purchased a Sony SACD player and not only was their price very competitive but the service was outstanding! I had my CD Player within 3 business days from the time I ordered it. I would not hesitate to order from them again. Very Highly recommended! |

Mike called shortly after my web-order to confirm and correct a shipping-address typo. My AV-Receiver was shipped the next day and arrived (UPS, QuantumView tracking) on-time in perfect condition, with the original unopened manufacturer's box well padded inside a larger box. Shipping was free and the price was within $1 of the lowest web-order price from an outlet with terrifying reviews. I could not ask for better service. I strongly recommend MyDigitalUniverse. |

I RECENTLY PURCHASED A PIONEER VSX-21TXH A/V RECEIVER FROM MY DIGITAL UNIVERSE. ORDERED, PAID AND TRACKED ALL THE WAY TO DELIVERY THE VERY NEXT DAY. I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE THIS WAS THE FIRST PLACE I CAME BACK TO FOR A NEW DVD PLAYER. NOT ONLY WAS IT CHEAPER THAN ALL ITS COMPETITORS BUT YET AGAIN I ORDERED, PAID AND TRACKED IT ALL THE WAY TO DELIVERY. VERY IMPRESSED AND I WILL CERTAINLY BE RETURNING FOR ANY FURTHER PURCHASES. I MADE A SAVING OF OVER $200 AGAINST COMPETITORS. |

Excellent products! I'm totally impressed with their customer service staff. My initial order was lost in shipping and when I contacted them regarding the problem. They promptly went to work to verify what had actually happened. I received a phone call back and was told that a replacement order has already been issued and overnited directly to my home at no cost to me. They explained what had happened to my satisfaction and apologized for the inconvenience. With great service like this I look forward to my next shopping trip with them. |

I found it very easy to order from Mydigitaluniverse. It's very user friendly with no un-neccessary box checking. I didn't get to use tracking because the dispach and delivery was so speedy I didn't need to. I will most certainly have no hesitation in recommending you to family and friends. All went well and I was pleased with the product but for some reason the confirmation of purchase e-mail never arrived. It was fortunate that I took a screen print of the final purchase screen so I could track the order by the order number. |
