Before ordering an urgently needed phone for my home office, I called the 800 number posted on their website to explained that while their price was the best I'd found, I would not order it unless it could be shipped next day. Their customer service rep assured me that it was in stock & I would have it by the following Wed. I called the following Thursday to find that the item was backordered! I still have no phone and am awaiting shipment almost 2 weeks (not the 5 days promised) later. |

My best experience buying anything on the web so far - price & service. These guys were super. The TV was literally delivered to me within 5 hours, way quicker than I ever expected. The guys also went way beyond the call of duty and carried the 250lb. TV up 4 flights of stairs to my apt. with no complaints. I will definitely use these guys again. I called to order a Sony trv20 as advertised on their site. They said it would be in in one week, that was about two months ago. Then when I finally got someone to talk to and tried to cancel the order (after 4 months) they hung up on me. Neeeeever again!!!! |

The service is excellent. Speed, service attitude, and price are the best I can ever find. I ordered the item on Wednesday and the item came in the following Monday. I gave them a 4 stars because I need to give them some space to improve in any way they can think of if they can. I would definitely buy the stuff from them in future. |

Service and delivery was outstanding. Ive never had a better experience buying off the internet and ive been doing it for years. the Television was delivered promptly and was even placed by them where i wanted it,no complaints. Excellent customer service i wasn't at all apprehensive about buying from them. Great work guys keep it up ill definetly be back. |

I ordered a very well priced Harmon Kardon Reciever from this site for 307 dollars. They called me back several days later telling me that I would have to wait 2-3 weeks before they shipped it. I opted to get a higher priced Yamaha reciever instead. When they shipped it to me, it didn't work. After calling Yamaha tech support, it turns out that they sent me a model that was only sold overseas, and that I would have to change the voltage regulator switch. It works, but I'm still not happy. |

These guys are your typical rip-off retailer that prices low to get top standing and then jacks up the price when you purchase. Here is an example. They have the best shipped price ($251+$19.95 shipping) on the Panasonic DVD-RP61 DVD player on pricegrabber.com. Of course, pricing the item on their site changes everything. Shipping gets bumped up to $24.95 and they state that they will add another extra charge (don't disclose amount). Calling the 800 number results no answer on any extension. |

I ordered a Denon AVR-3802 on a tuesday and received it on friday. Had no problem with unit/shipping price. Sales person was friendly and didn't try to sell me any accessories. I would buy from them again. |

I ordered a VCR 9/20/01, but never received it. I sent 3 emails asking where it was, but no reply. I was very disappointed in their attentiveness. I would not recommend them! |

(Edited October 16th by RonS) Both Best Buy and Crazy Eddie failed to deliver my new RPTV. I took a chance with these guys because they were in my state, and was not disappointed. The set was delivered as promised, on time. In addition, their price was the best of the 3 dealers. To really seal the deal, they lugged it down the stairs, around a very tight corner. KUDOS! I would definately buy from them again. |

Overall the service was very good, they were very friendly and we got our merchandise at a very good price. Small complaint: they didn't deliver everything when they said they would, we had to wait four days for them to complete delivery. But we would definitely buy from them again. |

MyDigitalUniverse was the only online retailer offering the particular audio components I wished to purchase at a price below local retail. I ordered from them with some trepidation, due to the mixed reviews I found here. I was VERY pleased with my experience. I received a prompt order confirmation, and had the components within 3-4 days. I got a great bargain, and am very pleased with the service from MyDigitalUniverse. I'd definitely order from them again. |

People kept telling me that the product was not in stock but would be there in "a few days" well two weeks went by and I finally canceled my order and bought the product else where and at the same price. |

I tried to get this product from a local store in my area and they tried to sell me a floor model for the brand new product and then tried to force me with extended warranty. Also tried to buy the same product from New York and was given the same treatment. I love this place they did not try to force me to buy anything and also as I was in the same state they delivered the product in 5 hours , it felt like I ordered Pizza from a delivery place. |

would not buy from again. They DID have the lowest price BEFORE shipping, but they jacked the shipping up to $35 to ship UPS ground after i had already given them my Credit Card number. on top of that, it's not a true internet order, you still have to call them up during business hours to "clear" the order. You never recieve any confirmation email, and you have to call them back several times to get a tracking number. It's not worth it. Their customer service sucks. |

After waiting 3 more weeks and pleading, they did deliver a new product, which works fine. However, I would never deal with them again. Threats are the only thing that works with them! |

I had tried to purchase a Sony KP43HT20 (43" HDTV Projection) from several local dealers (Best Buy, Tweeter, Wiz, Circuit City) and they all gave me problems. They didn't have them in stock even though they claimed they did, they wanted me to buy an extended warranty, they wouldn't let me take it with me, etc., etc. I finally went to the Web, found the best price (including shipping) from myDigitalUniverse, called them up, and they had it to my house in under 4 hours on a Saturday! Wow! |
