My best experience buying anything on the web so far - price & service. These guys were super. The TV was literally delivered to me within 5 hours, way quicker than I ever expected. The guys also went way beyond the call of duty and carried the 250lb. TV up 4 flights of stairs to my apt. with no complaints. I will definitely use these guys again. Service and delivery was outstanding. Ive never had a better experience buying off the internet and ive been doing it for years. the Television was delivered promptly and was even placed by them where i wanted it,no complaints. Excellent customer service i wasn't at all apprehensive about buying from them. Great work guys keep it up ill definetly be back. |

I ordered a Denon AVR-3802 on a tuesday and received it on friday. Had no problem with unit/shipping price. Sales person was friendly and didn't try to sell me any accessories. I would buy from them again. |

(Edited October 16th by RonS) Both Best Buy and Crazy Eddie failed to deliver my new RPTV. I took a chance with these guys because they were in my state, and was not disappointed. The set was delivered as promised, on time. In addition, their price was the best of the 3 dealers. To really seal the deal, they lugged it down the stairs, around a very tight corner. KUDOS! I would definately buy from them again. |

MyDigitalUniverse was the only online retailer offering the particular audio components I wished to purchase at a price below local retail. I ordered from them with some trepidation, due to the mixed reviews I found here. I was VERY pleased with my experience. I received a prompt order confirmation, and had the components within 3-4 days. I got a great bargain, and am very pleased with the service from MyDigitalUniverse. I'd definitely order from them again. |

I tried to get this product from a local store in my area and they tried to sell me a floor model for the brand new product and then tried to force me with extended warranty. Also tried to buy the same product from New York and was given the same treatment. I love this place they did not try to force me to buy anything and also as I was in the same state they delivered the product in 5 hours , it felt like I ordered Pizza from a delivery place. |

I had tried to purchase a Sony KP43HT20 (43" HDTV Projection) from several local dealers (Best Buy, Tweeter, Wiz, Circuit City) and they all gave me problems. They didn't have them in stock even though they claimed they did, they wanted me to buy an extended warranty, they wouldn't let me take it with me, etc., etc. I finally went to the Web, found the best price (including shipping) from myDigitalUniverse, called them up, and they had it to my house in under 4 hours on a Saturday! Wow! |

The box was unopened, and everything was in perfect condition. I will chose them over any other merchant for my next electronic purchase. Note: NO HIDDEN CHARGES. I used them once when I needed the best Stereo Amp for the dollar, and they came through with shining colors. Glad to see that the professionalism is still continuing. |

I Just bought a Sony KDP-57XBR2 and a Pioneer DV-444. I'm very happy with the products. Most importantly I'm very happy with the customer service and satisfaction that My Digital Universe provided. I was searching the net for a Plasma TV and came across mydigitalplanet.com and compared the prices with others. I was a little leary about Mydigitaluniverse because of the other ratings. I ordered a Sony STR-DA5ES Friday evening & it was delivered on Monday. The package was not opened nor damaged. While I agree that the shipping charges are high, it was still priced $400 less than Crutchfield, where I have purchased things in the past. I will now be recommending Mydigitaluniverse to my friends. I would not hesitate of ordering more merchandise from this vendor. |

Called them mid afternoon yesterday and spoke with a very helpful salesman who quickly verified the SONY DAV was in stock and would be shipped immediately. Placed the order, was given an order number and told to check after 7:00 for tracking information. Order was received early today. Would definitely use them in the future, even though we paid tax. |

ordered a sony str-db1070 for $519, shipping costs were a little more than was posted on website, but ordered it anyway. they called me the next day which was a sat to verify the order. a week later it arrived...quite happy with the price...cant beat it. |

I purchased a Pioneer SD-643HD5 from these folks last week and here is the senario. Monday: called to see if product was in stock, it was a I ordered it. Wednesday: checked back and found it shipped that day. Thursday: Got a call from the local air frieght company saying the TV had arrived. They delivered it that afternoon Good company, nice people, worked with me on the price, quick delivery and I got exactly what I paid for. Would and will buy from them again. |
