The Roady xm reciver had no instructions at all for programing stations etc. The lady I talked first suggested that I could down load these instructions, however when I explained thatmy computer was very old she quickly agreed that the instructions for programing and boombox assembly would be sent. This was hanadled easly and appreciated, however, when sending a receiver "out of box" it should automaticly include programing directions. Probably especially for me as I am totally inept at working with these new to me electronics. When I receive them I hope to be able to make it all work as it should. Thanks, John	Overall Rating

Even though all the bomb-proof packaging had been mostly estroyed they let me send it back no questions asked.
