I loved the fact that I could research my wine selections right on this site. By going to 90+ wines I could see top picks by WE, WS, and WA. I'm not the most experience at picking out wines, and these selections were a gift. So, being armed with reviews from recognized wine publications was very empowering. |

Great wine merchant. I wish they would do some sort of coupons or discount codes b/c although the selection is great, and the prices are good, the shipping is high. |

Easy to use. The logging in process (entering the wrong information, submitting a PW reset, starting over) was a little annoying. |

Great place to get wine online. This is my second order and I'm only doing it because the gift I sent the first time was so well received that I had to do another. Somehow I think I'm going to end up becoming a regular! |

The shipping prices are OUTRAGIOUS. $19?? For a first time customer like me, it would be nice to have this shipping fee lowered or waived as an incentive to welcome new customers like me. I shop and buy alot of wines and scotchs. I hope you can reconsider it to have the shipping costs lower for my first order. |

1st timer customer. The only thing I don't understand is the "Repeat Order Box". Why is it needed to place said order in "my basket"? I would believe it to be automatic once I've placed the order. |
