I count on an allergy products company to be accurate and aware of allergens. The main description of the floor mat did not mention rubber backing, nor did the photo show the rubber backing. The information was "on our website" -- if I had known to scroll down and click on "more information." Therefore, a potentially hazardous item came to my home, something I make great efforts to avoid, and I paid $10 to return an item that I never would have ordered if "contains latex" or "no slip backing" would have been included in the description. |
