I have made three separate purchases from National Builder Supply and all have been very positive. I have high regard for their customer service. Had a problem with one purchase (not the fault of NBS which they resolved immediately. I will purchase from them again as I know that then things go wrong they will make them right. |

I've used NationalBuilderSupply several times and continue to look for needed items at their site first. The customer service is superb. It's always easy to talk to a live human, if needed. And, their communications about shipments/backorders etc. is great. |

This is my first order -- I hope everything works well because the one thing I didn't see was a return policy if this faucet doesn't fit. It should but we shall see when I receive it. |

This is the second time I've purchased from National Builders Supply. The first was for a toilet: the price was great and it came exceedingly well packed. The second was a Grohe faucet. Again, great price. |

The discounts noted on the website were not clear, so I did not qualify for the 10%. The Customer Service Rep helped explained the options and was very nice. I did order the supplies anyway. Your website was easy to use. |

Item ordered arrived in good condition in average shipping time however the merchant used some blown in foam filler that made it impossible to get the box with the sink out of the larger box without cutting the box apart. In addition to the foam there were loose peanuts on the bottom. The foam had to be broken apart and peanuts went everywhere. This made an absolute mess. I had to vacuum the room and the foam stuck to everything. NBS needs to find a better packing method. Parts of the foam are still stuck to the interior product box. |

Very disappointed. After waiting for a week for confirmation of shipping received a phone call yesterday stating the item was incorrectly priced due to "typo". I feel that the price online should be honored. After spending several hours looking for the best deal on the item I think that the merchant is falsely advertising their merchandise. |
