The ease of finding the product wanted was great. This was the only product looked at on your web site. Seemed funny to have shipping and delivery dates at the end of this little survey. |

all in all very good. The web site was relatively easy. Finally figured out that the easiest way to reach the product I wanted was to go into the "Brand" Selection. Using the general category (filter cartridge) didn't get me to the product I wanted. |

While we attempt to keep ample inventory on hand and supplement our own inventory with that of numerous master distributers and manufacturers, there are times that an item will still end up on back order. This customer placed their order for a Franke FRX-02 Water Filter Cartrige at 11PM EST and was emailed a backorder notice at 8AM EST the following day. We were in-fact able to ship this customer's filter out to him even faster than was quoted in the backorder email that we sent. Google searched and found what I wanted along with accessories. Easy search on their site as well. Gave me a discount and free shipping as a bonus. Checkout was easy. Shipping time was not an issue as the item came from the mfr. I was aware of this and they gave me the option to wait or cancel. No problems. |
