I have been waiting THREE months for a faucet to even begin shipping. Need Plumbing Supplies (NPS) claims it was to ship 8/26/11, nearly am month ago as of today (9/20/11). In the last month, they have ceased all communication with me, including responding to my request as to whether they can ship to a new address (MY ADDRESS HAS CHANGED SINCE I PLACED MY ORDER JUNE 20, 2011), or whether they can instead refund my purchase. I have had to buy an alternate faucet in the meantime, or I'd have no functional kitchen faucet. I dialed thier number over 100 times Sept. 16, 2011, and got nothing but a voicemail greeting. I have left countless messages and lost track of e-mails I've sent, politely requesting a reply to my inquiries. These people are rude and unresponsive, choosing instead to leave their customers completely in the dark (I have read similar conplaints elsewhere online). Here's hoping some sort of resolution comes from this posting. |

Ordering was easy, the price was good and they promised shipping "normally the next day" and delivery in 7-10 days. After 10 days, I called customer service and left a message for a return call - none came. Two days later I called Rita at customer service. She promised I would receive a tracking number that day or the next day - none came. When I was desperate for the faucet due to an installation deadline, I called Rita again. She claimed the faucet had shipped but she had no shipping info and no supervisor I could consult. She again promised a tracking number. None came. At two days from my deadline, I had to reorder the faucet at a slightly higher price from another company with overnight shipping. It was there the next day. Three days after the installation (24 days after ordering), the Need Plumbing Supplies faucet showed up. Now, to return the faucet, they demand I pay a 15% restocking fee, plus shipping both ways. If you need plumbing supplies, buy elsewhere. |

Ordering was easy - received an immediate email response. Now 1.5 weeks later I can't get a response. It is almost impossible to talk to anyone as I need to stay on hold for at least a 1/2 hour each time I call. I was told the items would arrive last week. Now, today, they say they won't be shipped for another 5 days. |

a free 2nd day fed ex shipping was advertised, but it wasn't shipped til the next day making it 3 business days from point of order for 1 of the 2 items I ordered and 5 business days for the other half of the order which was shipped from another location |

I have never experienced any problems w/ NEEDPLUMBINGSUPPLIES.COM and they always have just what I want at a great price. Also when talking w/ a customer representative, she has always been knowledgeble, kind and considerate, that goes a long way w/ me when I have to deal w/ so many suppliers, Thank you so much! |

It is very difficult to find a way to remove an item from the shoppers basket. Registration with "Verified by Visa" was aborted by the system and required a phone call to my bank and then to Visa to complete it. Altogether it took me 2 hours to complete my purchase. |
