They took their sweet time to send out the products. This delay caused the price to be less competitive, other vendors offered better price before the merchant decided to ship out items. Failed to keep me informed until I emailed them. Took two weeks to get my chips. Emailed them about my dissatisfaction with their lethargic service, and never heard from them again. Will never do business with again. Don't be fooled by their lower price. Merchant use time delays to regain profits. |

I would buy from NEQX.com again and recommend them for their speedy order processing and keeping me informed via e-mail or through their store or via phone when necessary to give updates on the order. Keep up the good job. |

Great prices, items in stock, well-packed for shipping, shipped on time. They included copies of the receipt and were available by telephone (and were understandable). Very happy with NEQX.com (Next International). Will definitely order from them again. |

Great, no headache merchant. Flawless order process. I placed an order online which didn't take me too long. After my confirmation, sales department called me saying the item is on backorder. But they offered me a FREE upgrade (who would say no!).Got my order the next day, well packaged. They processed my order with no glitch. I'm very satisfied with the service. I shop online all the time, and I would say this merchant is one of the best I ever worked with. I recommend Next Int. to everyone. |

Placed an order for a hard drive that was going to be shipped to an alternate address. The address was listed on the card and all six other companies were able to ship to this address. Customer care was reachable, but did nothing more than explain the order was cancelled. I was not impressed at all. But in the end I was able to get the same hard drive for $30 cheaper at a different vendor. Retailer Response (07/06/2005): After several attempts, the shipping address was not listed on the customer card account as an alternate address according to the bank that issued the card. Most vendors don't require the shipping address to be listed on the card account and that explains why the customer did not have the same issue with other suppliers. We at Next International request this from the customers for security purposes only. With all the credit card fraud on the internet this eliminates anybody who is not authorized to use the card and confirms us that the cardholder is the one that is actually placing the order not someone else since the cardholder is the only one that can list the shipping address on the phone. |

They did not list if the product was in stock. I'm half expecting an email saying "sorry that's out of stock". The price was also somewhat high but no one else has this MB so I'm kinda stuck.
Update: yep the board was not in stock and my order was canceled. However a few days later I got an email saying they did now have the board. Too bad I alread bought another brand USED on EBAY.
Retailer Response (10/17/2005): The product that the customer ordered was a discontinued item by the manufacturer.We had few in stock. It was sold out in short period of time. We have no control over the supply. When we received the customer order we immediately notified him that we were out and cancelled his order per his request. We e-mailed once the board became available and he asked us to cancel the order. |

The site was good but I could not tell when I would receive my order or the cost of shipping until the very last page or my order. Overall however the site works well but the cost of shipping ground was extremely high compared to other sites I shop on regularly. |

Overall positive experience for my on-line purchase. One suggestion for improvement: the mobo that I ordered was listed as "limited quantity" but I could not determine whether it was in stock for an overnight delivery. It would help if I could have seen the words "in stock" before placing the order. In summary: I would buy from them again. |

This has to be one of the most terrible transactions I have ever experienced from any company. So many things went wrong, the ball was dropped by them but it was at my expense. Check the return policy as they have the right(and use it) to deny it for ANY reason. Customer service is almost non existent. If you don't believe me, call them and find out for yourself. Retailer Response (04/13/2006): We don't know this customer. No specific information is provided by either PriceGrabber or shopper. The shopper may have rated the wrong merchant. Please provide invoice number so that we can investigate what happened. |

The first time when I tried to place the order, after setting up my account and attempting to check out, the server erased my shopping cart and took me back to shopping. I was unsure, since I had just given all my credit card info, if the order was placed on not. I did an account status and saw no orders pending, so I placed the order again. This time it gave me an order number and confirmation page. This survey confused things by asking for an order # which I didn't have yet. Retailer Response (05/02/2006): www.neqx.com is %100 secure with 128-bit encryption for 24X7. Our web server is monitored by the dedicated professionals. In this particular case , the shopper's session may have expired since he took so much time to place the order. That's why he lost his order. About the survey, it is all provided by PriceGrabber. To make shopping more pleasant at www.neqx.com , It is solely intended to find out how the shopper's experience is. It pops out right after the customer confirms the order. |

I will be very pleased if this order arrives quickly. The CPU I ordered arrived as indicated by the sales personnel. There was a problem with the website showing shipping information so I contacted the sales personnel for help. I found them very responsive, polite and helpful. |

They don't charge your card through a computer system. They called my bank asking for all kinds of personal information, and of course my bank told them to take a hike. They (NexQ) called me and verified everything. They then told me the item I wanted wasn't in stock with no ETA. They were going to charge my card before they even realized they weren't going to be able to ship my order! Retailer Response (08/29/2006): We at Next international don\\'t ask about customers\\' personal information but we require the shipping address to be listed on the credit card account if it is different than the billing address. With all the credit card fraud on the internet this eliminates anybody who is not authorized to use the card and confirms us that the cardholder is the one that is actually placing the order not someone else since the cardholder is the only one that can list the shipping address on the phone. We don\\'t charge the credit card unless the order is ready to ship out. At this point, the shopper is not telling the truth. |

This was an international order. I used my Philippine-issued Visa card and had the item delivered to my office in the Philippines. I received the item in less than a week! It was as if I had purchased the item locally. Excellent! |

I had such a good experience last time I purchased something at NEQX.com, I decided to buy from them again. And like my previous order, this was an international order bought using my Philippine-issued Visa card and for delivery to the Philippines. As I expected, they did not let me down. I received my order exactly one week after I ordered it, like it was just a local purchase. Excellent! |
