When ordered a product, 88 were in stock. 5 days after the order, we get an email from pricegrabber (not the seller) saying the order was canceled because they were out of stock. They need to 1. keep their listings accurate, and 2. be prompt and personal notifying customers of their mistake. With a plethora of on-line stores available, customer service separates the best from the rest. |

Great purchase experience. I was a little concerned when there was no email stating shipping info. However, I contacted them and soon got a tracking number with USPS. The product arrived without any issues and works great. |

Took too long to receive my product. After multiple emails was finally contacted with 'correct' shipping info. Once product arrived, it wasn't even what I ordered (Ordered a keyboard, received a mouse). Its been 4 days since I contacted seller and 2 days since I disputed with paypal and pricegrabber with no response. Worst seller I have had to deal with to date. Purchase at your own risk. |

I cancelled this order online less than 10 hours after placing it. Took them 2 days to respond. Then they charged over twice the cancellation fee that is listed in your terms and conditions. Here is their email Hi Christopher, we attempted to cancel the order but pricegrabber wants to cancel our listing completely for 2 days...We can't have our listing canceled for 2 days. The only thing we can do at this time is refunding you directly and you paying the listing fee which is $5.22...Your total refund is going to be $24.77..You should see that within the next 24-48 hours.
