I purchased many items before and will continue in the future. the return policy is what I don't like. I need to return the item as it is now. unopened. but there will be a restocking fee (15%, I believe) applied. I think they should not do that for the items that are never opened.	Overall Rating

And each time I go overseas they are one of the only retailers that will actually ship to my APO box. Am'zn consistently will not, and will advise you to use an APO shipping company, which they probably have stock in. Newegg will be a company I continue to use as long as they are around, which should be a very long time with the way they handle things.	Overall Rating

When I opened the package, I saw my new monitor wrapping by regular shipping papers and foam. I could not find the UPC code to claim my rebate either. I was shocked. When I called and emailed to complain about their service, they called me the next day and helped me to resolve my problem. I had decided to replace the monitor. They shipped the replacement monitor with next day delivery after I dropped off my old one at UPS. I was so impressed about their customer service. I need to change my rate from "completely unsatisfactory" to" one of the best " even though my monitor came 4 days later. Newegg.com is the one I trust now. The customer service has really turned this BAD situation around. Good job!	Overall Rating
