I'm also looking to make a comfortable purchase, with plenty of info to make an informed decision. I want little hassle, and I don't want to have to wonder if my purchase transaction was processed. I also want the item quick without having to pay Jumbo shipping charges. Look where I end up, right back at Newegg. That tells you something about these people. Just 3 weeks ago I ordered 10 Memory sticks and my shipping was about $11. Now I'm trying to order the exact same items with the exact same individual shipping cost as last time and total shipping comes up to $19!!! Very disappointed. NewEgg always has the top of the line, latest technology products with competitive pricing. The NewEgg order fullfillment and shipping departments are the best in the business...FAST! NewEgg RMA department will bend over backwards to replace, credit or refund damaged or DOA products. The NewEgg website is easy to navigate and find products, plus the Customer Review section for each product is very helpful. I buy 80% of my build components from NewEgg - It's a no brainer! However, I went with newegg.com because the item description specified that the software was licensed for a certain # of users (the cheapest merchant did NOT state this in the item description, so I could not be certain I would receive the product I was trying to order) and offered MUCH faster free shipping than the other merchant.
