This vendor is selling a version of Windows 7 Home Premium (from Starter) that cannot be used on United States PC machines. I am not savvy to the PC language used, and assumed that upgrade from STARTER meant I can upgrade from VISTA to Windows 7 Home Premium. Not so.........I opened the package to obtain the PRODUCT KEY, in order to install on my HP Vista machine. They tell me now, that upon opening the package, I lose my right to a REFUND on my purchase. Supposedly, I am out $75.90 as a result. This is outragious.	Overall Rating
