CN Racing
familiar characters, single cart multiplayer, many unlockables
graphics, AI racers
Posted Nov 13, 2007 - I’m a fan of CN and was looking forward to this title. It’s great to see all of your fave characters racing around a track. After playing for a few days, it seems to be more tailored to kid’s (duh) level/casual racer (DK racing, Crash, etc.) vs. the more hardcore racing capability seen in other titles (MarioKart, Need for Speed, etc.). The best parts: single cart wi-fi (up to 4 players), lots of unlockables (characters, upgrades, minigames). The downsides: graphics aren’t great, tracks are a bit too easy, not very deep, Jekell/Hyde computer controlled racers. If you’re using Mario Kart already, then you might want to pass on this title unless you’re a huge fan of the CN characters.
