Bought a Canon 30D body and an EOS 24-105 mm f/4 IS lens online. Service representative was very helpful on phone to ensure the lens is available (it was listed out of stock on their website). The items were shipped next day and promptly arrived. They were well packed for shipping and everything are in order. Norman also called to confirmed the order and shipping address. Seldom I found suppliers are that thorough! This is the second time I purchased from Norman and they are highly recommended. |

I ordered a Nikon D80 DSLR from Norman a month or so ago and in general was very happy with their service. I talked to Matt and we discussed price and accessories. I asked them to match price with another on-line camera shop which he agreed to after verifying their prices. I placed the order and got a confirmation by email within an hour. The only hitch was that the invoice was at the original price not the matched price. I called back Matt and he apologized and issued a credit for the difference which I saw the next day. The camera arrived as promised and I LOVE IT! I've since recommended Norman to friends. I love the midwest service and the east coast prices. |

This is one of the best camera stores around. The employees are friendly and helpful. The prices are very competitive and since I only live an hour away my order came the next day. I've purchase 3 lens from them and have used them to have my Canon 10D repaired. Their customer service is much better than the New York camera companies that I have used in the past. |

Norman Camera is great. I wanted to call and made sure they had the lens in stock because sometimes the 'in stock' logo might not be updated. One of the sales person was extremely kind and informed me that there was. Very easy and pleasing to talk to. So I ordered online and they shipped it same day I ordered. Package did come on Saturday, which was much sooner than I expected. I wasn't able to get the package that day because no one was home. However, following Tuesday, (today 7/31) I received my order in excellent condition. Great to do business with. |

This lens is out of stock almost everywhere but luckily when I gave NormanCamera a call, they placed an order for me right away. The staff was friendly and helpful. I got my shipping free when mentioned the promo code from PriceGrabber.com. A confirmation email was received within a few hours and the lens was sent out on the same day. It arrived 2 days early and was well packed. The whole process was stress free and the product matches the description with full warrantee. Highly recommend this store. |

First time I did business with this company and it was no mistake. I called on Friday to order a tv/vcr combo (for which I have been searching this particular item on the internet for it seems forever) and received good news that they had the item. I was originally told it would be 4 weeks but lo and behold it was only 5 days. There is no doubt I will not hesitate to do business with this company. |

There was typo in the billing info from my side but the store did contact me & place my order without any delay. The Packing was great. Only issue that they do not handover without signature which is written in red bold on the site also. Fortunately, I was home when it was delivered. I would def prefer this store for further purchases. |

I bought from Norman camera at the recommendation of a friend. They seem to have good prices, selection, and integrity. My product arrived on time, new in box, and with all warranty info -- and with no followup calls to sell me acessories or warranties "you really need". Norman will definitely be my first choice for online camera purchases. |

When the camera I wanted sold out at my usual online sites, I decided to try NormanCamera, although their price was about ten dollars higher. I was swayed to do so by the excellent reviews here, and the recommendation of a friend who had visited the retail location in Michigan. I was not disappointed. I placed my order late Thursday, and received a free shipping promotion. In my experience, these are usually very slow. But to my delight, I received my camera (in perfect condition) less than 48 hours later. FedEx actually delivered it on a Saturday! I could not be happier, and will definitely do business with NormanCamera again. |

This was my first purchase from Norman Camera. From now on they will get all of my business. I placed a phone order yesterday for a Tokina 12-24 lens. The lens was in stock and $15.00 cheaper than the big New York sellers, none of which had the lens in stock. I received an order confirmation email while we were still on the phone and a shipment confirmation email about an hour after that. The lens arrived today in absolute perfect condition. This was, without a doubt, the best online purchase that I have ever made. Don't waste your time with other online sellers. Do yourself a favor and buy from Norman Camera. You won't regret it. |

I ordered a Canon camera late Thursday night and it was shipped Friday afternoon! I called to ask when the items will be shipped, I actually talked to people, NOT recordings! I received the package within 4 business days! They are great! I will definitely buy from them again!!! They actually have the stuff they say they have in stock (unlike other places which will say they have it, but, sold out within 5 minutes of putting in the order, whatever!) I am very satisfied with my purchase and with the transaction!!! |
