Bought with an spanish credit card, shipping to a different address, followed the on-line instructions, called AMEX to setup a secondary address, and in 10 minutes, the sale was over. |

I ordered the camera through the phone on a Saturday. The sales rep was very curtious and answered all additional questions that I had. She mentioned the order would be placed & Shipped on Monday (she even gave me free shipping!). They were extremely professional and did not try to pressure me into purchasing anything else. By Monday night I had an email with the fedex tracking number and the camera arrived in perfect condition on Wednesday. Great job Norman Camera! |

Wow this is a dealer that I had not dealt with in the past, but prices were good and it is not a scam place like many of the NY shops. I called to verify that they had the item (most places were out) they did not try to push any other merchandise either. Will shop here many times in the future... |

This is my second purchase from Norman Camera. My first was a digital camcorder about 4 years ago. My first experience went smoothly so with them that made me choose to purchase from them again for my new digital still. I have more confidence that this retailler is on the up-and-up (I'm very leary of purchasing over the internet). Product arrived like before in promised time and everything works fine. This was a great purchase and will definately buy from again. |
