I have ordered from North Shore a couple of times. My experiences have varied. My last experience was an order for an Emergency Dialer from SkyLink. They have the best price, but they where out of stock. After waiting over a week for any response from the company, I sent an email inquiring about my order. No response again. I then called and left a message. No response. Sent another email. No response. Called them today. The 2 people I talked to where nice and the second immediately refunded my money. Neither took responsibility for the issue. They did apologize giving an excuse which is nice, but I did not feel they really cared either way. If North Shore has the product you want the price is right and they will send it out to you. You will not receive any notification, you will just get the product. If they don't have it, you will also hear nothing and have to call them until you get a person on the phone. Yes, I did check my spam folder. They never sent anything. |
