Placed the order on Dec. 16 was guaranteed to receive it before Christmas. But today is the day before Christmas and I have still not received the product or even tracking information. Their customer service is horrible, you can never get a hold of a live person. Seriously this is a horrible experience and of course they don't answer their email. I advise an future buyers beware norwaysports is not something you want to get involved with just to save a couple bucks. I would much rather spend additional 50$ elsewhere getting better service. |

I was generally pleased with the site and my shopping experience. I was able to quickly find the style and size that I was looking for. I was surprised and disatisfied with the shipping charge.. It was listed as standard and free on the checkout page but once I went to the purchase it changed to Fed home Delivery and I was charged an extra 14.99 leaving me with a feeling of being duped which is unfortunate b/c otherwise it was a pleasing experience. |
