I first ordered 4 netgear switches from them with specific instructions to alert me if they were not in stock. After a week with no shipping information, and no updates on my account page, I sent an email to them, but never received a reply. The next week, after still having no tracking information and no new information on the web site, I called their customer support and asked for the tracking information. They told me it should be emailed to me shortly. It never was. I assumed this was a simple mix up, and decided to give them another chance. Once again, I got no information on the shipping. This time when calling, I got tracking information but it turned out to be for half the order. They promised to call with the other tracking info. I have called repeatedly but still don't know where the rest of my order is.	Overall Rating

My order appeared to be delayed and communication was a huge problem with this merchant. The only way to communicate is via e-mail. They may or may not respond. Your order status may or may not be updated with accurate information in a timely manner. Odds are you'll get the merchandise you ordered at the bargain basement price you counted on. I ordered a product on March 31st, received a confirmation email for registering and the order. The product was listed as in stock but upon not receiving any other emails and seeing my order status listed as "received" only on their site on April 6th, I called them. I was promised to be called back when they found out the status and shipping and never received a call. These people are liars. I did some investigating and the product was discontinued by D-Link on April 4th and I was told it "might be" back ordered on April 6th. The item was for an important project, and now I must pay next day air from a real website to get it here. I have been ordering products online since 1993, and this company is a joke. Their website is elementary and obviously the communication is non-existent. Do yourself a favor and pay a couple of bucks more and go with a company that cares about what they do instead of flying by night.	Overall Rating

After two weeks of numerous phone calls to this business, I never received any answers to where my product was. No one knew what was going on with my order, nor did they call to keep me updated as I was promised many times. Rather than calling to let me know what was going on, they cancelled my order and I would have never known except that I checked my account status daily. They ended up sending me an email just yesterday saying that there was a pricing error and they could not ship it to me. They probably knew this all along and just were too unprofessional to let me know right away. I had reason to believe I was going to receive my product right away because someone called me the day after I purchased it to confirm my credit card and make sure I still wanted to purchase. That person told me that it would be shipping the next business day. It is now March 30 and I finally have an answer, but not one that any customer would be satisfied with.	Overall Rating

There were two users name Simons in a row. Notebook4less has no phone number to contact. They don't respond to e-mails. They sell refurbished and label it as new. After almost 2 months Amercian Express gave me a credit for the merchandise not shipped. The company never responded to Amercian Express either. Also, the Better Business Bureau of Southland (Los Angeles,CA) gives them An "F" rating As of this date (3-15-07) the company has not responded to the BBB either.
