My order included a backup disc, which upon arrival I found did not properly install. I sent two email support requests which were met with a run-a-round and no solution. I then submitted a survey on their site for "are you satisfied with us" in which I expressed my displeasure. On June 16, 2009 at 1:45am I received a call from their tech support wanting to know if I was ready to troubleshoot the disc. I replied no, at 2am in the morning, and asked that they call back in another five hours. I'm still waiting for that return call. My problem with their disc was that once you clicked on install, it went to a zip file, and the install stopped. Nuance products are OUTSTANDING, but, if you order a download version, DO NOT get sucked in to ordering a backup CD. Make your own from the download, it will work better.	Overall Rating

In these days of ID theft etc., I felt uncomfortable in giving you both my credit card nuumber and my password without the usual assurances of protection. (Not that that in itself is protection.) It's a VERY shady system they run and if you're computer crashes or anything happens where you can't uninstall the software you can't re-install it again with out buying another license..... LAME...... Won't use them again because of this. I had been a very loyal customer of theirs and bought just about every version they had! I received an "auto-discount "of 10% when completeing purchase right now". The web site is user friendly and attractive in design (which makes the "shoping experience" more pleasurable even if just on the subliminal level). It was difficult to tell if the order form was secure. Only the extra pop-up for ordering now discount had a lock on it. The most annoying thing was that when I got to the confirmation page there were so many pop-ups from Shopping.com, PriceGrabber, and Nuance that I couldn't get a copy of the confirmation. I spent an extra 5 minutes attempting to grab the confirmation page to paste into a file.	Overall Rating

Only then was I told they do not ship to PO boxes. Consequesntly, I had to go back and resubmit my billing information and then add the shipping information.	Overall Rating

There is the "upgrade" price ($150), but it is only in the small type on one page that it says it is ok to upgrade from standard NOT on the upgrade page. Then when I stumbled on the discount of $50 when ordering standard with a promo to "upgrade" to preferred, get the same price as if I had never bought Standard. Finally, another "promotion" of  if I try to escape. Just give the best price at the start.	Overall Rating
