There was a small problem with the shipment received, but was promptly dealt with by the company. Excellent response time to original order and followup. |

Nutricity - I will never order from them again! My order was immediately followed by an email explaining that I can check the status of my order by navigating to the web site. Lo and behold you can't! It also states on the web site that the hours of customer service begins at 10 MT. When you call, the recording says NOON MT. I called at 12:30 - still not open. The email said that the order would be shipped within 24 hours. It has been 9 days and still no order. I sent them an email, but doubt I will receive a reply any time soon! Now I notice that the items that I ordered are no longer offered on their web site! |

It is Friday July 3rd and I received an email stating my order just left your warehouse. I read on the website in the shipping explanation that order would ship same day if received by 1pm. This oreder should have shipped not later then June 30th if that was the case. I will not order anything else from you as I feel that your website info is incorrect and your processing time is rediculous. I originally ordered the items on Amazon and that went through you as well. When I realized it was going to take two weeks to recieve I went to you website and reordered because it was supposed to ship same day. I then tried to cancel the Amazon order but miraculously my order decided to ship out of the blue as soon as I said I would like to cancel. Your customer service is lacking and you communication policies are even worse. I will not use you and I will leave this same feedback on the order I made through Amazon. I will also not recommend this as a reliable company....Very unsatisfied. |

The produce received was heat damaged in shipping and unsellable. In the future steps must be taken to insure produce is not exposed to temperature exceeding 55 - 65 F. This information printed clearly on container. You carrier failed to regard this directive; a poor business practice. |
