placing the order was easy, emails for order confirmation and order shipment. I received the wrong order, and have yet to receive a response from them by email, and cannot reach customer service by phone. |

We placed this order on Sept 15 and paid almost $25 for shipping and handling. Federal Express Ground did not send out until Sept 24- over a week after ordering. We did not receive the box until 2 WEEKS later on Sept. 29th. We will not order through you all again---way too long! |

Nutricity.com spares no time to communicate properly with their buyers. Stalls to permit a backorder to be filled instead of alerting the customer ahead of time that the item is out of stock. Snail-slow fulfillment and shipping. |

ordered goods are all just what I wanted. Prices on goods certainly better than if purchased local. Only reason did not get excellent score is because shipping and handling ended up being 50 percent of total costs. Guess we just have to get used to that if we want hard to get stuff delivered to our door. |

I really enjoy ordering from Nutricity.com overall. I am an Amazon.com shopper, but their website is much more user friendly and the 5% back is a nice bonus. My orders always come quickly and the customer service team is very polite and always helpful when I have a question or need help with my order. Keep up the good work Nutricity.com :-) |

I placed order on 8/18/09. Credit Card immediately charged. Selected US Priority Mail express shipping. As of 8/23, order is pending and I have not received order or been notified of shipment. I requested order be cancelled on 8/23. Apparently same day shipping is not their practice as stated on ther website. No contact except for order acknowledgment. Find another vendor. |

In mid-July, after the ship-by date, they notified me that it was being sent to their warehouse. I don't know why they couldn't have just sent it to me from this other place. I didn't hear anything else, until July 30, the company I ordered from let me know that my order would be canceled if the order was not ship-confirmed by Aug 4. I immediately sent Nutricity an email, requesting information on their shipping, and also, since I use a lot of the product I ordered, can they reassure me that this won't happen again. I heard nothing from them until Aug. 5 to confirm that it had been shipped. Should I order from them again, knowing they ignore my email, that they take a lot of time letting me know what's going on, and that it's a delay of over a month to get a product I ran out of a week and half ago? |

Nutricity - I will never order from them again! My order was immediately followed by an email explaining that I can check the status of my order by navigating to the web site. Lo and behold you can't! It also states on the web site that the hours of customer service begins at 10 MT. When you call, the recording says NOON MT. I called at 12:30 - still not open. The email said that the order would be shipped within 24 hours. It has been 9 days and still no order. I sent them an email, but doubt I will receive a reply any time soon! Now I notice that the items that I ordered are no longer offered on their web site! |

It is Friday July 3rd and I received an email stating my order just left your warehouse. I read on the website in the shipping explanation that order would ship same day if received by 1pm. This oreder should have shipped not later then June 30th if that was the case. I will not order anything else from you as I feel that your website info is incorrect and your processing time is rediculous. I originally ordered the items on Amazon and that went through you as well. When I realized it was going to take two weeks to recieve I went to you website and reordered because it was supposed to ship same day. I then tried to cancel the Amazon order but miraculously my order decided to ship out of the blue as soon as I said I would like to cancel. Your customer service is lacking and you communication policies are even worse. I will not use you and I will leave this same feedback on the order I made through Amazon. I will also not recommend this as a reliable company....Very unsatisfied. |

The produce received was heat damaged in shipping and unsellable. In the future steps must be taken to insure produce is not exposed to temperature exceeding 55 - 65 F. This information printed clearly on container. You carrier failed to regard this directive; a poor business practice. |
