Easily understood and clear descriptions of ranges. Up to the moment and contemporary designs.Useful reviews from other customers. Online ordering fast and efficient. Price extremely competitive compared to other online retailers and the High Street. All in all an excellent experience so far. We wait to see the bedroom furniture quality and style with excitement. Now received in very short time. Delivery ontime. Checked and all in order. It looks even better than in the advertisement and is substantially made and well packaged meaning that it arrived without any damage. All in all very pleased indeed with the purchase and experience. We order a made to order item of furniture. Even though it took a little while to arrive, we knew this and were happy to wait. The wardrobe is brilliant and well worth the wait. |

If they deliver within 3 working days as per their site. I will be extremely happy! Update - they actually delivered in 2 days. Sadly fast delivered was jaded by no notice being given about the delivery and items being left outside in the rain. No damage to the The company was let down by a third party delivery. I would not hesitate in using them again. Great customer service! |

I have previously purchased from this site before. Whilst delivery may be a little slow, the feindliness and professionalism of the Staff answering queries and providing information on deliveries is excellent. Evidently a busy company and the Staff deserve a pay rise!! |

Wanted to give no stars. The worst company I have ever used. Ordered (and paid for) early January, delivered later than expected and only part order - table and 2 chairs, the other 2 chairs arrived a month later and didn't match the first two and were far inferior in quality. Told the supplier had changed! Eventually as they were just not interested in supplying me with matching chairs I requested they collect them and give me a refund. One month later I am still waiting for my money despite numerous e mails and phone calls. They are just not interested in customer service. DO NOT USE THEM!!! unless you are prepared to take legal action. |

Love the furniture they stock and the care they pay to customer service. I've ordered several pieces of furniture from them, all delivered in good condition and on the one occasion there was an issue it was all sorted out very quickly without any inconvenience to me. |

Great website, easy to navigate. Great products. Originally quoted 3 weeks delivery ended up being 12 weeks. Terrible customer service - no updates until I chased and one excuse after another, delivery time revised 3 times and only finally achieved when I said I wanted to cancel order. £100 refund given as a gesture of goodwill if I agreed not to cancel. |
