Nightmare to deal with. Late delivery, missed delivery then 1 item from 4 damaged when finally delivered and not left by carrier. The carrier used by Oak is the worst I have ever come across. Only deliver to East Anglian area once a week on a certain day. If that doesn't suit, tough, they aren't interested. Customer service from Oak also useless. We were asked to send pictures of the damaged furniture THAT HADN'T BEEN DELIVERED and then told they were reviewing the pictures WE HADN'T SENT. In the end we had to complain to our CC company to obtain a refund. Furniture's OK but nothing special. similar available at many other outlets. NEVER AGAIN. |

This company provides top-class quality furniture at highly competitive prices. The company communicates promptly and efficiently with the customer. The customer services staff are pleasant and helpful on the phone and the returns policy is extremely fair. The freight 4U delivery service is reliable and efficient. |
