t would be for your company to actually reply to e-mails as I ordered things and the decided i wanted to add to it so e-mailed so i wouldnt have to pay another charge for delvery but as you decided not to reply or acknowledge me i have had p order the item and pay the charge again OUT OF ORDER when i had already spent over £2000. |

The qulaity of the furniture I bought on my last visit to the website is great. So much so that I have returned to buy some more. However, I still feel aggrieved about the delivery charge. They have it in huge letters that it's FREE delivery until you go into the small print and discover that your postcode does not qualify for free delivery. I did email them to complain, but they weren't really interested. The delivery isn't expensive, but I do feel that it all a bit misleading. Shame, when everything else about my shopping experience was great. |

Appalling Customer Service in this day and age. I would strongly recomment avoiding this company. Ordered over £1000 worth of bedroom furniture on 2nd January. Expected delivery time on website at time of ordering was 2-4 weeks. Now 23rd Feb and no furniture and despite cancelling the order 1 week ago, no refund. Appalling Customer Service, even had the phone put down on us. Avoid - there are other good online furniture companies out there that would welcome the custom. |

As a repeat customer, I can't fault your well-designed, value for money products. However, with regard to my most recent purchase, a £20 delivery charge on an item costing £48 seems excessive. It effectively nearly halved my saving in your sale. |

Easily understood and clear descriptions of ranges. Up to the moment and contemporary designs.Useful reviews from other customers. Online ordering fast and efficient. Price extremely competitive compared to other online retailers and the High Street. All in all an excellent experience so far. We wait to see the bedroom furniture quality and style with excitement. Now received in very short time. Delivery ontime. Checked and all in order. It looks even better than in the advertisement and is substantially made and well packaged meaning that it arrived without any damage. All in all very pleased indeed with the purchase and experience. We order a made to order item of furniture. Even though it took a little while to arrive, we knew this and were happy to wait. The wardrobe is brilliant and well worth the wait. |

If they deliver within 3 working days as per their site. I will be extremely happy! Update - they actually delivered in 2 days. Sadly fast delivered was jaded by no notice being given about the delivery and items being left outside in the rain. No damage to the The company was let down by a third party delivery. I would not hesitate in using them again. Great customer service! |
