This made product registration and potentially the warranty impossible to redeem. However, when I contacted customer service they did offer a full refund and sent a prepaid shipping label to return the product. The product is currently in transit and I am awaiting the refund. I give a neutral because a larger company like Amazon or Newegg would never ship product as new in the condition I received it. Motherboard does not support all CPU's is version and step code specific, wrong combo would appear that the product was non-functional when they are good.
