(Edited September 04th by peterkw_1931528135) Steelcase shipped the chair by freight instead of FedEx as stated on the website. Because I work during the day I had to have the freight company leave the chair outside and the box got rained on and the chair was damaged. Office-Environment contacted me and offered to send a replacement cushion free of charge. Office-Environment is a first class organization with great customer service. I highly recommend Office-Environment. |

I emailed to request sample materials sent to me and they promptly sent personal emails. The samples arrived by FedEx early the next morning. Wow! You bet I'm going to do business with them--they've got great customer service! |
