Purchasing from Office Wonderland was the first time I used Pricegrabber.com. They weren't the best price but they were within the price range and had really good reviews. When I called in and spoke to their rep I understood why. He was very professional and very patient with me. After a few phone calls I put my order though with them and got it two days later. This company def deserves 5 stars form me. |

The original item that I ordered was discontinued and a representative called me with a replacement that would work, and was actually cheaper. Thanks! I don't know how long it took for delivery, but no one complained so I am assuming that it was very timely. Thanks for the great service. |

I had to leave the destination of my purchase earlier than expected and risked not receiving it. I came in contact with Richard Cohen. He trully has an extraordinary notion of service quality, as he deviced various ways to get the package to follow me and resolve my problem, keeping me informed of each option as it evolved. Great person and a reason to come back to Office Wonderland. Unusuall to find such attitude. |

It was a very pleasant surprise to be able to talk by phone with one of the representatives and get kind technical support and advice to get a better product than the one I had in mind. I was also surprised to know that the price included the taxes and handling. I would strongly recommend this Merchant because of the excellent, prompt and honest service. |

It was around Thanksgiving so the requested OVERNIGHT shipping got messed up when the delivery company didn't do their last expected pickup but Richard did a good job of trying. |

The salesman spent a lot of time understanding my needs and then determining possible video projector candidates. The projector he recommended (JVC DLA-HD950) was perfect for my home theater. Also, his price was very good relative to competition. Overall, I am very pleased with the projector, service, and price from Office Wonderland. |

These are very good guys to buy fro especially if you are Not in the US. I am from Mexico and do a lot of installations here. When I shop on the internet most companies do not let me order because I have an international credit card. Adam at Officewonderland also told me they don't accept international credit cards but offered a solution. He send me an invoice and bank information for theire company and told me I can make a direct bank transfer for no extra fees. I wasn't going to do it but I saw that they have a good reputation and everytime I emailed Adam he responded right away which was important. I ordered 2 NEC np600 units from them and everything arrived pretty fast. I will be buying from this company again. Thank you from Alejandro |

I just placed an order for my new home theater projector. I was gonna buy the HC6000 but found the newer model for almost the same price the HC6500 so I purchased that one instead. I have an installer coming in Wednesday to set it up. I am expecting it to be a great projector. |
