Ordered a video projector last Monday. Got a little worried when no tracking number was sent because I needed the unit for a presentation coming up. When I called in to customer service they advised me that I entered my email in wrong and quickly gave metracking information. The projector arrived two days after was ordered. Most important thing about a company is there customer service. Will definetly be back for more purchases. |

Made a purchase of three projectors for our real estate office. We eanted something light and easy to take to meetings. There representative recommended the Infocus LP70+. We just used them for the first time and everyone is in shock how small and bright these units are. Will definetly recommend these guys to all my friends. |

It is very hard to decide which company to use to purchase our companies set of projectors. Called around and received so many different stories. Some of the lower priced companies were trying to sell the lamps separately from the unit. A dear friend of mine told me about OfficeWonderland. Went on Pricegrabber and saw they were the second lowest price. After calling them and confirming they had the projectors in stock, I placed the order. We have now been using the projectors for three weeks and are very satisfied with our purchase. The order was professionaly handled and arrived exactly like expected. |

It was such a pleasure dealing with someone who actually knew what they were talking about. Not car sales men pitch like I got from another company. I received my package in record time and the packaging was great. Richard the sales man explained exactly what I needed without pushing anything that I wouldn't need for my project. I highly recommend this company as they are probably the cheapest and most knowledgeable on the products that they sell. |

Had one of the simplest ordering experience online ever with this company. Was a little hessitant ordering a 4000 dollar projector online but called in and spoke to a very nice gentleman who assured me everything would be easy. Placed the order and received it 4 days later. That is A++++++ service. |

I happened to find this company by accident when looking for a deal on a projector. Called in to see if they had a projector in stock and was impressed with how professional there staff was. Very smooth transaction. Will highly recommend them to anyone who is looking not only for a good deal but service to match it. |

Just received my second purchase from this company and am extremely satisfied. My friend thought I was joking when I told them I can get the same projector that he just bought for 1200 dollars cheaper than him. He told me it must be a lie but I sure proved him wrong. I will definetly recommend Officewonderland to all of my friends for any future purchases. |

I dont normally right reviews unless it is a negative one but this company went over and beyond to make sure my projector arrived on time. No other company would take my order because I was shipping it to a hotel but they made a special exception since the Westin Diplomat confirmed that I was indeed giving a lecture there. Projector arrived on time and in perfect condition. |

after reading this companies reviews i gave them a chance but i guess the one bad review was prooven to be the only right one bec when you call this place the same person always picks up and as professional as he tries to be he is NOT especially when trying to run a 1 person shop plus the good reviews that he has were all probably all done by himself but who is to say he didnt make some people happy but the main point is a 1 stop shop operation like this one should'nt be a company he should be an ebay seller and thats were it should stop the reason i say this is because this guy claims that there is over 40 people in this company and it happens to be all of the 40 people are him which is sad because every time i called he got upset because he remmembered my voice and i tryed to ask for someone else to help me but he keeps saying everyone is on another line and he is the projector pro but if thats so and you only sell projectors then what are the other 39 people doing there?

Excellent experience. When it became apparant that order was not going to arrive by expected delivery date, they agreed to overnight ship my order so that I would receive it in time. Everything was just as described. In a world lacking customer service, Office Wonderland is a rare find! |

Shipping could've been a little quicker (you get what you pay for, shipping was free!) but the overall exeperience was great! A good price and my customer was ecstatic with the quality. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality at a reasonable price. |

It wasn't clear was came with the projector purchased (i.e. carrying case, cables, etc.). I had to check out other websites for this standard information and assumed it was included. The shipping infomation for the product said $0 overnight which was expected, but the checkout page said $0 ground shipping so not really sure what will apply. |

I am very happy I chose this company to make my purchase with. i originally ordered the Sharp projector I wanted from another company and had a horrible experience. They primised ti would arrive in 1 week and after 1 week I called them and it still wasnt shipped. I immediately called OfficeWonderland and asked them if it could be shipped that day since it was early enough. They emailed me a tracking number the same evening and it took only 2 days to arrive. Hats off to these guys. |

Everything went south on this order and I still give this organization a good rating. The manufacturer shipped the equipment to OfficeWonderland instead of to me. Upon arrival at OW, Richard at OW immediately turned it around 2nd day and I had it in time to meet my deadline. I had to call three or four times to get the warranty package sent to the correct address. Richard came thru again and assisted me in completing the proper paperwork for the warranty company. They've given me very good customer service in spite of the issues. I will use and recommend OfficeWonderland in the future. |

Richard Cohen was very nice and pleasand. He answered every question I had and kept his word. I definitely will recommend Office Wonderland and Richard to my friends. Even 3 months later Richard still remembers my name. There was a lens cap missing on my projector and Richard is taking care of it. I trust him. Good job, Richard. Thank you. |
