beckyTX - (January 04, 2009) Crappy woodwork - cam locks don't work. I received a faulty top that would not allow the cam locks to lock. Ordered a new one from the manufacturer - they sent me one with busted wood and scratches all over it. Ended up trying to get it to work together as it was - ended up falling apart and breaking during final installation. What a waste of money!

jwarren36 - (August 21, 2008) FWIW, I found the "MaxAssurance" program from OfficeMax to be wildly misleading regarding shoddy OfficeMax equipment. I purchased an OfficeMax "executive office chair," less than three years ago. But for much of a year now, it's level-setting mechanism has failed almost daily, requiring that I climb up out of the chair, and re-adjust it. Again. Often repeatedly. Finally recalling that I had purchased an OfficeMax so-called MaxAssurance "guartantee" after being assured by the OfficeMax clerk - and the big print in their propaganda brochure - that "If your product fails, we will arrange to have it repaired and pay the bills ..." SILLY me! I actually believed what the brochure and the clerk

stacy2008 - (August 02, 2008) I must have been a little insane on the day I bought this, because before getting this chair I couldn't imagine spending $300 for an office chair. I'm so glad I did, because this is the most comfortable chair that I have ever sat in and it is perfect for my sore back. It is made with this suspension which moves with you. They call it Hammock technology, but it rocks a little bit and so it always supports your back. I love it and I must admit when it comes to office chairs, I will never buy anything else. I also liked that it comes in every color possible.

TZRick - (11/26/2009) The keyboard draw SUCKS!!!! The ball bearing slides on left and right sides very easily get out-of-sync, and after a while the drawer barely comes out at all. Talking from experience: we bought TWO!!!

texasfosters - (06/10/2009) I got this chair at the office perhaps two years ago and it is simply the most comfortable chair I've ever used. The ergonomics are great. Quality construction, extremely adjustable. This doesn't work like one of the $50 to $300 office chairs from one of the office supply chains (and I've been looking for a while now). Office Depot has one model for about $300 that is similar in concept, but doesn't compare to the real thing.

blablahblahblahblah2 - (01/12/2009) I'm a software developer and I use this chair in my office at work. It is by far the most comfortable chair I've ever used. My cheapo office chair that I use at home has finally bit the dust, and if I can scrounge up the money, this will definitely be my replacement!
