Was impressed that a part I needed was not on the site and while on the phone with a rep he put me on hold and got it on the site so i could add to me cart. we will see if I remain impressed after order is shipped. The only improvement I can make note of, the assumption of a power cord, manual and the drivers for the copier/printer would be included with the order. These items seem like they would be automatically included or a notation on the item that they would not be included would have been helpful. Overall happy. |

My order was placed on the 18th of November. No merchandise has been received, no tracking numbers with UPS have been received, no follow up from the company to inform me of what is going on. I hope that by Monday the 29th I will have some info as we are needing the copier asap. If I do not get any satisfaction by Monday I will need to cancel my order and find a different vendor to work with. |

The ordering part was easy and the price was good. BUT, my order was placed on Monday, I checked it online Wednesday and it was still processing. No one would answer the phone Wednesday and I called for 4 hours on Thursday until I finally got someone to answer. I was getting concerned that this was not a lagitimate company since they did not operate their office during their posted working hours. I don't think I would take a chance and order from Office Grabs again. |

Order a laser printer online on Sept. 1st. Got a message from the company on the 3rd, but with no info. Tried to call the company back on the 3rd, 4th and three hours into the 7th, and no answer (even sent an email - no response). Finally got a hold of someone...he told me the online price was listed in error and the printer would be $399 instead of $317. Are you kidding? I know this printer was listed at $317 for at least two full days. Sounds like a possible bait and switch to me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! |

Exceptionally helpful going over details of order and shipping. They promised to ship canon mf 6590 that day and recommended against paying for expedited shipping. Package arrived within 4 days - as they estimated. Would recommend to a friend. |

Didn't show tax, didn't show stock or non stock? Days later I received an email saying item backordered, but it still shows up as in stock on website but now at higher price. Received email trying to get me to buy another model at higher price. This is still nowt resolved and I don't have machine. |

Great site to shop at thay were very helpfull and knowladegble when i called and thay really understand the proudoct there selling. it was overall a real pleasure dealling with them as opposed to other shopping experience i had shopping online. |
