On Thursday morning, an Officeworld.com CSR called to inform me that the description on their web site was slightly different than the actual product and wanted to know if I still wanted it or not. I think it is GREAT that they actually took time to call to see if I still wanted the item rather than just shipping it out anyway. Needless to say, I still wanted the item and they shipped it Thursday afternoon. I received it at noon on Friday via UPS. GREAT, FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE. FAST, SAFE SHIPPER. EXCELLENT PRICES. The shipping was free even for a 90 pound safe and I placed the order on Dec. 24th and it arrived Dec. 27th. Unfortunately it arrived defective but I used the online live chat and got the problem resolved right away via a very friendly and helpful customer service rep.
