(Edited November 14th by secondbushome) Ordered a scale on a Thursday afternoon, they had sent it out within an hour of placing the order online. The package was already at my local post office the Saturday morning of the same week! I live in Seattle, which isn't exactly close to Oklahoma, where the company is based. I used the cheapest shipping option (USPS Priority Mail). Processing basically took an hour and the shipping a day and a half. I am shocked and thankful for how quick they are. On top of that, the scale I purchased was cheapest with OWK and came with a Vibra-kill pad. Their prices are the lowest of all the major online scale retailers. Very impressive. Granted, I don't order scales that often but if I ever need another one, I'm sure to use Old Will Knott. Highly recommended! |
