I have been ordering from Omnipro for a number of years now and am very satisfied. Their prices are outstanding, and they have always shipped my product quickly. The quality of the products I have received, has been good. The two times I received cartridges with bad ink, they promptly replaced them without charge for the ink or the shipping. I will continue to look to Omnipro for my budget ink needs. Overall Rating

STAY AWAY, Do not fall for the price, Terrible Terrible, ordered on march 9th and called them on the march 11th as that is an acceptable time for handling. Lady promised me that the order would ship on that day. I paid for usps priority, they shipped it on March 26th through USPS PARCEL post, who knows when the package will get here. Overall Rating

I ordered a Brother DR-350 replacement drum for my MFC-7820N laser printer. While the invoice stated the item would arrive within 5-8 days, the vendor didn't even ship until Feb 8, providing tracking info via Endicia. The package finally arrived yesterday, although it made it to next town's Post Office 4 days previous. (Did they ship this 47th Class? My belief is that the Post Office was carrying my package from town to town asking people if they'd ever heard of me, instead of using the address & zip code.) When I called Omnipro to ask why my item hadn't arrived, they made excuses about how the USPS was being slow for some reason. Taking 18 days to ship the item in the first place (without any explanation or status updates) is ridiculous. They should have shipped me another using FedEx Next-Day Delivery (at their cost), but they offered no solutions. Overall Rating

HP Laser toner replacement cartridge was not properly sealed and was worse than the used cartridge it replaced. The only thing worse than the Omnipro product is the omnipro customer service that is an absolute joke. You would be smart to avoid this merchant Overall Rating

When I openned the bag, the toner spilled inside the shipping box and flew all over the floor. Of course, I did not realize that they shipped me the wrong toners until I try to use the second one. Obviously it did not fit. I am still try to contact OmniPro for exchange if they are willing. I CALLED OMNIPRO'S CUSTOMER SERVICE DESCRIBED THE PROBLEM AND THEY SHIPPED ME THE CORRECT TONERS WITHOUT DELAYS. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS PROACTIVE IN MAKING SURE THAT I HAVE RECEIVE THE TONERS ON TIME AND TO MY SATISFACTION. I WOULD ORDER FROM OMNIPRO AGAIN. Overall Rating

They did send me an e-mail giving me a link to stamps.com with the tracking number, when product was shipped. The toll-free number is not answered always. When I was able to get hold of someone, they were very helpful. Overall, they offer very competitive prices, but they need to improve their customer service. Overall Rating

Like other reviewers mentioned, they are extremely slow. I have not yet received the product I ordered more than three weeks ago. On their site, my order status has always been "pending". Their reply has been "we do apologize for the delay". Originally it was scheduled to ship by Apr/18 but they have not yet shipped. I cannot recommend this merchant. Overall Rating

I've used Omnipro before. Always heppy with product and service. Delivery is a bit slow sometime, but hey, it's FREE - USPS is called snailmail for a reason! If you've totally run out of ink and need something in a hurry, you're stuck with your local retailer (at a huge increase in price - so plan ahead a little bit). Customer service has never been a problem. I recommend them to all my friends - best Epson compatible inkjet cartridges I've ever used. Overall Rating

Excellent merchant! Super fast shipping as well. I bought remanufactured color ink for Hewlett Packard printer and it worked better than brand new cartridges that I bought from databazaar.com. In fact, Omnipro's color ink actually had color in the cartridge and was packed perfectly unlike databazaar.com Overall Rating

Very professional organization and customer-friendly service! I received a defective toner cartridge and they replaced it quickly and courteously, no questions asked and completely at their expense. I've heard so many stories about customers having to pull teeth to get simple returns/ exchanges taken care of, so it's nice to know there's an organization that is willing to be proactively responsible in this capacity. I placed my order on the 17th of November and did not receive it until the 28th of November, even though I paid for 3 day shipping with DHL. It was sent UPS. They take too long to complete the order. When I called, they didn't even know what is going on. Finally, they don't keep the customer informed of the order process. I do not recommend this vendor to anyone for any reason. There are other vendors with the same products and the same prices. Overall Rating

This company is yet to ship an order I placed 3 weeks ago. The credit card was drawn the same day though. I am so mad I won't wait to rate them as completely unsatisfactory. One great thing is "my Credit Card has been charged" though the Item is not shipped to me yet. I was prett certain that I had slected the free shipping, but when my order processed I was charged $25. There was no screen to double check my selctions before the order was processed. The website stated that they were open on this holiday, but when I tried to reach someone there to correct my order, I was unable to.
Retailer Response (03/26/2006): If the system did that, then there is a mistake. We will be happy to remove the shipping charges. We always call when there is a large shipping charge, so I am sure this was taken care of.

Ordered a digital camera as a Christmas gift on 12/12, so naturally I chose a merchant that showed this item to be in stock so it would arrive in time. Omnipro showed it in stock, but two days after placing the order they called me and told me it was on back order. Now I have 2 less days to find the item and order it for the holidays. They also make you register on their site to order anything which is a nuisance. Overall Rating
